Immigration Detention/ Bail and Appeals

Immigration Detention is exercised when you are subject to immigration control, especially if you have been in breach of immigration laws such as working illegally, remaining beyond the period of leave and breaching a condition attached to your leave. It is also exercised by the Immigration Officials and Police when you have been granted Temporary Admission following your claim for Asylum and Humanitarian Protection.

There may be sufficient reason as to why you should be freed respecting the presumption in favor of your liberty. We are specialized in this area of law and have competence and expertise to evaluate and offer immediate assistance to ensure that you are granted bail. Our applications are made to Chief Immigration Officer, Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and to the High Court by way of Judicial Review.
